I want to write and express our appreciation for the great service that your firm (NetworkOnCommand) provided during our small office build-out.  The process of building an entire office Information Technology infrastructure from the ground up is quite a daunting proposition, but with the assistance provided by your IT Enterprise Architect - Colin Thomas before, during and after the effort, greatly reduced our level of concern.  Colin was very professional and we were able to complete the project in a timely manner.  His unending knowledge of a small office IT design to include Telco circuits, inside/outside cable plant, VoIP, VPN, Wireless Access Points, Firewalls, network switches, UPS and finally audio/video solutions made the building of our small office less of a hassle. With his knowledge he was able to work with all our IT vendors and obtain the desired results. It was great to know I could go to one person and ask of a solution.
