Exciting things in store for Ellenbrook
Exciting things in store for EllenbrookThere’s a lot in the pipeline for Ellenbrook over the next 12 months, including further progression of our newest village Annie’s Landing, and completion of the final lots in Malvern Springs and Lexia.
You’ll also see some changes to the retail offering at Ellenbrook, such as the opening of the new Bunnings store due for completion in December. The Insurance Commission of WA (ICWA) also has approvals for further development of big box retailers on The Promenade to the eastern end of The Shops site. More details about this will be available in the New Year.
City of Swan will be laying turf down on the District Playing Fields in time for Christmas, so there’ll be even more space for a kick around over the summer holidays, and following the recent approvals for a second petrol station at Ellenbrook, this will be a particularly exciting development for the majority of residents over the coming year.

Launching Stage 1 of Reveley Ellenbrook’s new precinctIn November of this year we’ll be launching Stage 1 of our Town Centre precinct Reveley, an ‘urban development’ suited to those looking for somewhere close to the town’s amenities and services, that’s stylish and fairly low-maintenance.
Named after Henry Reveley, a civil engineer and architect who built many of the first public buildings and most of the private homes in the early days of the Swan River Colony, these homes will incorporate the same elements with a sophisticated and contemporary twist.
Dwelling types include:
Double-storey townhouses
Double-storey homes
Single-storey terraces
Single-storey 10m frontage homes
Maisonettes (2 upstairs/2 downstairs apartments in the one block)
The variety of dwelling type makes Reveley an attractive choice for a range of buyers, from downsizers and retirees to young couples, small families and investors.

We’ve commenced Stage 1 of the Central Park in the northern section of the Town Centre, which will feature three major public art pieces depicting stories relating to the settlement of the Swan River Colony and its relationship to Ellenbrook. Situated on the raised section of the park, the centrepiece will be 11m tall, making it a significant landmark for the Town Centre.
