Health and Safety The organisers of this event have taken reasonable
precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these
measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to
avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the rules and
instructions of the organisers and stewards/officials.
Dogs must be kept on leads at all time
Forbidden Assistance Any intervention by a third party whether solicited or not, with the object of facili-
tating the task of the competitor or helping his horse, is forbidden under penalty of elimination, the dis-
cretion of the steward. In particular it is forbidden for a fence judge or official to call back or assist a
competitor by directions to rectify an error of course. Exception: After a fall or if a competitor dismounts,
he may be assisted to catch his horse, or to adjust his saddlery, to remount or to be handed any part of
his equipment while he is dismounted or after he has remounted. Whip, headgear or spectacles may be
handed to competitors without them having to dismount.

Useful things to know about this competition
Dressage
Report to the steward when you enter the dressage warm up area,
they will let you know if they are running to time and what arena you
are in.
Show Jumping
If you are Eliminated in the show jumping you will NOT allowed to be
able to go Cross Country
(apart from elimination due to error of course)
If you have more than 24 Jumping Penalties you will not be allowed to
go Cross Country.
Cross Country
Please arrive in time and report to XC Steward when entering the
warm up.
If you are eliminated on course you will be asked to leave the course
immediately by a fence judge.

Monday 25th and Tuesday 26th September (Over 18s only)
We are delighted to announce the dates for our first 2 day Adult Training camp. We have teamed up with Claire Horner Equestrian to offer 10 spaces. Claire is a BHSAI and an international event rider with over 15 years experience of competing, training andteaching at all levels. Aaron and Claire have similar ways of teaching and already share many clients successfully.
Cost per person: £155 includes all lessons, XC hire, lunch and refreshments.
This is a day camp so there is no stabling or overnight camping. We do provide washing off facilities if required.All lessons other than XC with be on a surface. Incase of adverse weather we will have a contingency plan.
We anticipate that the 10 spaces will fill very quickly so book now to avoid disappoint-ment. A deposit of £55 is required at time of booking with the balance paid by Monday 4th September.
