Main objectives:
Collection, analysis, and dissemination of information on potential and challenges of SMRs to EU stakeholders (public, decision makers, regulators)
Development of high level methods to assess the safety of LW-SMRs
Improvement of the EU experimental R&D infrastructure to assist in the evaluation of novel safety features of LW-SMRs
Improvement of EU nuclear safety analysis codes to demonstrate the capability to assess the safety of LW-SMRs
