clients. This can be done either by logging into the individual sub-accounts or through the
partner administrator account.
Setting up New Sub-Accounts
New client accounts can be setup using the following menu option:
Setup Account Management New Tenant
Before starting the new account setup, the administrator should have the basic information
required in hand. The information includes the name and contact information for the
client, billing procedures to be followed, and login / password to be established.
The following screenshot shows the basic information to be provided while setting up a
new tenant as sub-account.
If the setting “Is this a Direct Billable Account” is selected as “Yes”, then LeadPro
system will bill and process payment directly using LeadPro Merchant Account. If this
flag is set as “No”, then the Partner has the option to process payment via the Partner’s
Payment Gateway. Even the Payment Process can be turned off, so that the partner can bill
the end client packaged along with other services.

Overage Rate (per thousand) can be entered as agreed. The Subscription Rate and Overage
rates can be left as blanks, if payment need not be processed via LeadPro.

account. A List is a holder for adding email address records. A new list can be manually
created using Lists List Definition option.

Please note that when a Email List Definition is copied, only the List Definition
Settings are copied. Sign-up Forms, Email Addresses in the list and Drip Email
settings and associations will NOT be copied.
One or more List Definitions can be copied in one go by selecting the Lists using the
check boxes. The List names can be modified for the target. If the List name is not
modified, the target List(s) will be created with the same name. List description will be the
same as the List name in the target location. If you have one or more sub-accounts, these
accounts will be listed in the From and To drop downs.

Once the administrator logs in to the control account, there will be a drop down list (on the
