Located on Redwood Highway, our neighboring campus setting offers a full range of services so residents can remain here even if their health needs change.

With its family-friendly atmosphere, Emeritus at The Springs senior living campus feels like home the moment you walk through our communities doors. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including activity classes and exercise classes. Our campus is conveniently located in a residential area, near grocery stores, shopping centers, banks, the YMCA and Rogue River. Several medical facilities are also close by, including Three Rivers Hospital, a nursing home and three rehabilitation facilities if ever needed.

• Assisted Living at Emeritus at Spring Village: As we get older, many of us naturally need a helping hand – perhaps someone to help us get ready for the day, help manage our medications or prepare special meals. Some-times that’s all we need to live safely on our own. Our staff is here to offer that helping hand, but only when and if you need it. Our full range of assisted living services are designed to help you maintain your health, so you can live as independently as possible. These include:

To ensure we meet your needs, we use a state-of-the-art computerized assessment system, called the wE Care® Resident Evaluation Program. This helps us accurately evaluate and monitor assisted living services for each resi-dent. In addition, our Director of Resident Care will visit with you on a regular basis to personally discuss health-related issues and to monitor your progress.

• Alzheimer’s and Dementia care at Emeritus at Spring Pointe: Our community offers an innovative program, called Join Their Journey®, for residents with Alzheimer’s or memory disorders. The premise of the program is simple: we create specially designed memory care neigh-borhoods that provide a personalized, familiar and secure setting tailored to each resident’s unique needs. Within this environment, our highly trained staff joins residents in their moment, rather than trying to bring them into our reality. Through this approach, we recognize individu-ality, encourage choices and help residents maintain their dignity.

Short-Stay A great way to get to know usIf you want to experience living at an Emeritus community before making a permanent move, or you’re being discharged from a hospital or nursing care facility and aren’t quite ready to go home, consider our short term stay program. You’ll receive the same services all residents enjoy – home-cooked meals, scheduled transportation, outstanding service and more.
