Emicon’s Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Civil Engineersare well versed in the inspection of MEP systems and Fit outs for avariety of building types. We offer inspections to assist with propertytransactions, financing, ownership and development.

With MEP systems comprising a significant portion of the operationalcosts of most buildings, poorly operating equipment can createsubstantial inefficiencies and unnecessary costs for building owners andtenants. As building infrastructure ages and deteriorates, it is alsoimportant that the MEP systems be kept up to the current codeguidelines and repaired if they are failing. For new buildings, as a thirdparty, we can consult with clients to ensure that all MEP systems aredesigned up to code standards through systematic design reviews andmeetings with architects, contractors, and installers.

We are the only UAE company to provide a call back visit for us to re-inspect the property following remedial works so you can be certain it hasbeen completed.
