• 360o feedback, aka "multi-rater feedback," is feedback that comes from all around an employee

• Changing business environment and need for agility in business leading to flatter organisations– Spans are wider, tenures under same supervisors are shorter, Work is
more collaborative– Controlling & directing replaced by coaching & participating– A Supervisor is no longer the “best judge”
