Empower, Create, Connect is a free 10 week program for women

in Tully, Mission Beach and Cardwell.

The program aims to:

EMPOWER – build self-esteem, personal and social skills,

CONNECT – establish or re-establish social connections and

community participation, and

CREATE – use a wide variety of expressive arts activities to

explore self.

Activities will include clay work, expressive art, self-care, sound

and music, movement and dance, visualisations, and drama work.

No experience in art is or creativity is necessary as it will be a

fresh journey of discovery and spontaneity.

Empower, Create, Connect will be held from November 2012 to

February 2013. See registration form for dates.

Registrations are required to participate as a limited number of spaces are available in each
