WHAT'S IT ALL ABOUT?

Empower Yourself is a 5 week intensive immersion program to help

you work out what is disempowering you, so you can detach from it

and instead build up your empowerment from within.

Throughout the 5 weeks you’ll practice how to flip your mindset

from negative to positive, build up your internal sense of self-worth

and start to align all of your behaviour with your core value system.

Along the journey you’ll practice an emotional intelligence toolkit

which will help you manage, communicate and express you whole

emotional spectrum as well as helping others manage theirs.

WHO THE HELL AM I ANYWAY?

My name’s Shereen Soliman.

I’m an empowerment coach for men and

women who feel stuck where they are and

want to move forward in their life.

I’m 34 years old. I’ve worked in a variety of

professions including construction project

manager, superyacht crew and running my

own business. I’m passionate about personal

development, human behaviour, wellbeing

and practising a growth mindset.

I used to be someone who was very toxic. I had a very ‘masculine’

outlook on life and never showed my vulnerabilities to anyone. In fact

there were points that I thought I was completely indestructible.

It turns out I wasn’t, and I found out the hard way when I was dealt

with a heartbreak, a violent sexually motivated attack that threatened

my life and the sudden death of my father. All within the space of 8

months.

To put it simply, the amount of emotion that erupted inside me from

these events overwhelmed me and smashed any previous idea I had of

the world. I felt lost, like a complete mess and couldn’t trust myself to

not fly off the handle or break down in tears at the slightist bit of

pressure.

It’s been an interesting journey  to get back to a clear and calm

mindset and I’ve learned, practised and mastered a whole new skill set

of emotional intelligence tools. These are the  tools that I teach you

throughout this Empower Yourself Program.

Week 1 – Aspirations This week we focus on what you truly want in all aspects of your life.

To do this we use a particular exercise with a workbook. During this

week we also knuckle down on values, firstly getting a full

understanding of what this means to you and which ones are

important, then we’ll do an exercise to solidify this for you. We’ll

also start working on your self-care toolkit so that’s it’s at hand, and

ready to move forward with.

At the end of each week there are a particular set of exercises to do

to help you reflect, check in with yourself and celebrate positive

change.

Week 2 – BlocksWeek two is about looking at what takes you away from being the

best version of yourself. We use a tool called the ACT matrix to do

this, which will help you see clearly where you are sabotaging

yourself. Then we’ll start to work on how to break these patterns.

This work can get hard at times which is why you’ll already have a

self-care plan to make sure that you nurture yourself through this

process.

Week 3 – CommunicationThis week is all about boundaries, articulating emotions and

effective communication. You’ll start practicing  putting boundaries

in place and creating space for others to create boundaries with you,

which in effect will be done by practicing effective emotional

communication strategies. You’ll start to notice how these

strategies help you create more authentic communication with

those around you, and this is how you will start to build up your

winning support team.

Week 4 – ReleaseDuring week 4 we focus on releasing emotions through a strategy

that is unique to you. There are a variety of different ways to do this

but it’s personal to everyone which is why I help you to build your

personal release plan. We’ll use the self-care toolkit to help soothe

this journey and you’ll have your winning support team to cheer you

on too.

Week 5 – New YouWeek 5 is about going back to week 1 and putting in the strategy to

build the best version of you with the life you aspire to have. We’ll

look into how to strengthen this new you with re-validation, as well

as how and when to let go of things which you might have to leave

behind with the old you. We’ll put together a personal milestoneplan

for 3, 6 and 12 months and you’ll have some suggested resources to

be getting on with for when you finish the program.

This program is for you ifYou’re fed up with the way your life is. You keep doing the same

stuff, facing the same problems and attracting the same people

who do your head in.

You’re ready to make a change and you fully understand that that

change starts with you.

You want to have a better life, a happier life and you want to

achieve the goals that you have which you’ve stuffed down deep

inside

This program isn’t for you ifYou’re quite content with what you’ve got in life, it’s not your

dream life but it’s not ‘bad’ enough to make you want to change.

You still blame the whole world for your circumstances, choices

and actions.

Complaining is a past time for you.

HOW THE PROGRAM RUNS

The Empower Yourself program is ran online, using the membership

area of my website – www.shereensoliman.com where you’ll find 10

different work books which we’ll move through throughout the

program. You will also have access to a variety of support work

books and tools to assist you throughout the program.

Prior to the program you’ll have a one-to-one coaching session for 1

and ½ hours where we’ll get clear on what you want out of the

program so I can personalise it to you and create some additional

tools should you need it.

At the start of each week we’ll have a group coaching call where I’ll

explain the focus of the group and the activities that we’ll go

through throughout that week. There will be additional motivational

videos and messages shared on the private facebook group and I

really implore you to share your experience with your group, ask

questions and feedback. You will have an accountability buddy

throughout the program to motivate and support each other

throughout.

We’ll have another call at the end of the week to see how everyone

progressed with the exercises, and should anyone need an additional

personal one-to-one support, two of these sessions are included

within the program and can be taken at any time, otherwise they’ll

be scheduled at the middle and towards the end of the program.

I will be active on the private facebook group every day and

available for questions and comments at throughout the day – these

times will be scheduled depending on what suits the group (I want to

make sure I’m available at the best times that suit you).

10 x group coaching calls

10 x workbooks full of exercises that you’ll have forever,

including your self-care plan and validation board

4 + workbooks for weekly practice PLUS some additional

workbooks which will be unique to you

Access to the private facebook group for support as well as

additional support following the program on what resources to

use next

3, 6 and 12 month follow up calls if you wish to take me up on

them!

What I ask from youThe commitment to go through the process       

To practice the weekly tools such as checking in with yourself and

honouring your self-care

Honest communication about where you’re at, even if that means

that you want to pause the program – you are totally in control of

the whole process and it’s up to you as to how you direct it.

As with any kind of personal development program, you’ll get out of it

what you put into it, and only you can do the work to get you to where

you want to be. However, by having a coach who’s been there guide you

through the process, you’re much more likely to succeed. This is why

top athletes have coaches and are part of teams when it comes to high

performance – because that support and momentum is one of the key

factors to success. I offer empowerment coaching because I know what

it’s like to have your whole world crash down in front of you when you

suddenly realise that something doesn’t feel right. I’ve mastered the

tools to create a value driven life built on strong boundaries and a

positive mindset. I know how to navigate, communicate and articulate

the world of emotions and through this program I’ll be teaching you

everything I know so you can apply it to yourself.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THEPROGRAM?

The 5 week program is a chance for you to learn and practice all the

tools, but ultimately this is a process and these tools are designed to

be used over and over and applied to all areas of your life. Once

you’ve downloaded the workbooks, you’ve got them for life to go

over them whenever you have another life transition.

You’ll always have access to the facebook group, where I continue to

share all the knowledge that I learn and as I’m continuously reading

personal development books and going to courses and workshops.

I’m happy to recommend further solutions should you have a specific

area of your life that you’d like to work. Feel free to ask a question

in the group/on my page and I’ll help you as much as I can.

If you’re willing to, I will check in on you at the 3, 6 and 12 month

points to make sure that you’re on track with your goals and should

you require a coaching session, I offer additional 30, 60 and 90

minute one-to-one sessions.
