This flexible converting system is customizable for specific applications including large-format side-sealed and side-gusseted bags of exceptional quality at high-performance production speeds of up to 100 cycles per minute. Equipped with the latest in CMD process-driven innovation and convenient operational features.

The Platen Sealing Pouch System converts peelable chevron shaped surgical pouches at speeds up to 220 cpm. Products include shaped seal pouches, surgical peel pouches, self-seal surgical peel pouches and autoclavable tube stock made from paper or Tyvek® sealed to PET/LDPE or PET/PP.

This free-standing, intermittent-motion die cutter can easily integrate with existing pouch converting equipment. It is capable of delivering up to 4 lanes of flat or bottom-gusseted pouches.
