• New employees are encouraged to take the different courses in our e-learning portal.

• They are given access to the portal so they can acquire new skills that would strengthen their capabilities and prepare them for work

starting Day 1.


Junior Management Program (JuMP)

• The Junior Management Program (JuMP) equips young, high-potential employees for leadership roles.

• JuMP participants take e-learning courses as a program requirement.

• Integrating e-learning into the program increases concept-input, drives self-management and creates champions for e-courses.



Performance Management Process

• The e-learning portal is an excellent venue for employees to know more about the organization’s Performance Management process

• Two courses : Guide to Performance Self Assessment and Crafting a Great Individual Development Plan (IDP) help employees and people managers keep the process interactive and development-oriented.
