EMSWORLD EXPO 2020 STANDARD LEVEL VIRTUAL EXHIBIT BOOTH INFORMATION & ASSET SUBMISSION

Thank you for participating as an exhibitor in the EMSWorld 2020 Expo!

This document will serve as a guide to help you create your page. Please thoroughly review and use this list to prepare all assets and information needed for your page. Once all info/assets have been finalized and approved within your company and legal department (if applicable), please fill out the form linked below:

Important notes:

Please use this list to prepare all assets and information prior to filling out the web form. You will not be able to resubmit or to edit the form after you have submitted.

Any features that are left blank in the form will be removed from your booth.

You will receive a link to review and approve your page before the event goes live.

o This review period is an opportunity to quality check your booth content and make any corrections to existing content; extensive revisions or additions cannot be accommodated during this review.

o The direct review link that you receive will be disabled upon approval of your booth. All attendees must access your booth through the virtual exhibit hall.

All information and assets must be submitted no later than August 21st, 2020.

Exhibitor Company Name Your company name, entered exactly as you would like it to appear anywhere it is used on the event site.

Exhibitor Website URL The "Visit Website" button at the top of your booth page will link to this URL.

Attendee Analytics Contact Email Address An email address where you would like to receive attendee analytics for your booth post-show.

To enter your booth, attendees must consent to provide you with the name and email they used to register for the show. General activity on your booth page will also be tracked and provided to you after the show is complete.

Information for the Company Bio section at the top of your page. You may also define one external link in this section that will appear as a button at the end of your bio text. Note: All external link buttons will open in a new browser tab and will not navigate the user away from your page.

Company Bio Title

Company Bio Body Copy (Text and hyperlinks only)

If using the external link button:

o Button Label Text (Max length: 40 characters)

o Button External Link URL



Custom Download/Link Buttons:

Label text and a URL or file for a custom button. This button may be an external link or downloadable file such as a PDF. It will appear in the right column of the top section of your page, next to your company bio. You may opt to disable this button. Note: This external link or download button will open in a new browser tab and will not navigate the user away from your page.

Featured Video or Image:

A central highlighted on-demand video or image. You will need to define which type of content you would like to showcase and upload the appropriate file. This large video or image will appear below the Company bio portion of your page.

Image Guidelines

Please provide either a direct video URL from a hosting service such as YouTube or Vimeo or an mp4 file for your video.

Minimum resolution: 960px wide by 540px tall, 72 dpi Images may be taller than 540px, however keep in mind that this will push the rest of your content further down on your page.

Accepted file types: PNG, JPG

Video Guidelines

Please provide either a direct video URL from a hosting service such as YouTube or Vimeo OR an mp4 file for your video.

Please note:

Your video will open in a lightbox style pop-up over your booth content.

The holding image that appears before your video plays is an automatically generated screen capture from your video.

Videos will not auto-play. Attendees must click the play button within the lightbox pop-up.

If using a URL to submit your video, be sure to use a direct URL to the video, not a link to a channel or playlist.



Custom Content Section:

The text for the main content section of your page. This is the content that appears surrounding your featured video/image. You may also define one external link in this section that will appear as a button at the end of your text.

Note: All external link buttons will open in a new browser tab and will not navigate the user away from your page.

Social Media Profile Icon Links:

Up to five social media profile URLs for your company (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram).

Any links you provide will be implemented as icon links at the bottom of your page.

Note: All external link buttons will open in a new browser tab and will not navigate the user away from your page.

Page Footer:

Any text that you require in your page footer, such as copyright or legal information.

Please note that only text and hyperlinks will be accepted for the page footer.

If no footer text is provided, the following default text will be displayed:

"Copyright © 2020 [Exhibitor Name]. All rights reserved. All trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners."


Visual Customization

Exhibitor Logo:

A logo file for your company that will be displayed at the top of your page.

Logo Guidelines

Vector file formats are preferred: EPS, AI, PDF, SVG.

Guidelines for raster format files (PNG, JPG, PSD) are as follows:

Minimum resolution: 300 px wide (if your logo is wider than it is tall) OR 150px tall (if your logo is square, circular, or taller than it is wide), 72 dpi. A PNG with a transparent background is preferred for raster files.

Please provide your logo in full color, it will be displayed only on a solid white background.



Page Background:

A fixed full-size image OR a solid color background for your page.

• For Solid Color Background

o A HEX color code (e.g. 000000)

• For Full Sized Image/Graphic Background

o Upload Background image file according to the specifications below.

Minimum resolution: 1920px wide, 1080px tall, 72 dpi

Preferred format: JPG. Also accepted: PNG, PSD.

Your image background will be fixed position and will fill the browser window, it will not repeat or scroll with your page content.



Accent Colors:

Three accent colors to customize the look of your booth content. These colors will be applied to the buttons, text headers and divider lines/ box borders on your page. You may use the same color more than once.

• Text Header Color HEX Code (e.g. 000000)

• Button Color HEX Code (e.g. 000000)

• Divider Line/Border Color HEX Code (e.g. 000000)

Please keep in mind when choosing your colors:

• All button label text is white, choose a color dark enough to keep the text legible.

• Buttons will appear on both white AND on your customized page background color or image. Choose a color that will not clash with your background and will be clearly visible on white.

• The header text, divider lines, and box borders will all appear on white. Choose a color that will be legible on a white background.


Optional Features

Contact Us Form:

An optional "Contact Us" form is included in your exhibitor package. If you would like to use this feature, you will need to specify an email address that will receive all messages sent by attendees through the contact form that will appear at the bottom of your booth page.
