Safety Release systems

Our safety release systems automatically disconnect from a loading arm or hose if a tanker accidentally drives away. The product flow is simultaneously shut off preventing spillage.

Bus, Rail and aviation Refuelling Systems

Our overwing fuelling solutions have been developed for both general aviation and military fuelling.

Swivel Joints

rigid pipelines can be made movable by using swivel joints. This is ideal when hoses are not suitable. Clients use our tried and tested swivel joints when easy handling, operational safety and low-wear characteristics are required.

Our catalogue of components including a range of manhole covers and accessories, emergency vales and vapour transfer & recovery equipment is tailored to fit a huge range of vehicle and bulk plant requirements. our aftermarket team is an integral part of Emco Wheaton. It offers assistance to ensure you get the most out of your equipment by helping to prelong it’s lifecycle.

our aftermarket provision includes:

• commissioning

We carry out safety checks to ensure your new equipment is correctly installed and fit for use.

• training

We always ensure clients are fully trained at their sites but we also offer a series of training events at our plants. These are to ensure you are aware of the developments we have in place and to provide a broad knowledge of our products and services.

• upgrades

We are proud to say that many of our products will continue to work well for many years if correctly maintained, but during this time it is likely that technology will move forward. Upgrades may be the ideal way to add even more lifetime to the equipment. Upgrades could be in the form of hardware or software.

• Refurbishment

Some of our equipment may require a complete overhaul during its lifetime in order to prolong it. Our engineers will review your requirements and prepare a report and quotation. Where technology has not changed too much this is a cost-effective way of maintaining service.

• Spare Parts

We believe it is vital to use spare parts that originate from the original equipment manufacturer as using third-party parts can adversely affect the performance of equipment, potentially cause irreparable damage and may well create safety issues.

• Service Exchange
