Orchestra is a highly customizable system.

The pergola is characterized by the high comfort given by

the different technologic systems used in it, as the standard

movement, sensors for protection from weather, OUTDOOR

LED SYSTEM® illumination and the DIRELLO CONCERT

integrated audio system to play, in absolute relax, all your

music, these are optional elements that can characterize your

pergola. Authentic project and expression of innovation that

harmonizes technology, functionality and creativity. Available in

different configurations. Made for external envelope, oriented to

the optimization of the energetic performances, uses the envi-

ronment to improve its comfort conditions, through the rational

use of natural resources, in harmony with the environment to

potentially reduce the energy consumption using inexhaustible

and renewable energy resources as sun, wind, water and air.

Suitable for protection from direct sunlight in outdoor spaces

to control the overheating. The aluminum blades that turn into

a flat surface, are oriented up to 115°, driven by a motorized

dirello patent system, from the closing position to the opening position. The

heat generated by the sun on the upper profile of the blades,

develops the warmth which cause a natural air flow convective

from the bottom to the top, to promote the enjoyable action of

air recycling. The blades orientation allows the light to enter,

grants shield from the sun, especially during the summer

season, it attenuates the heat and so, a limited use of cooling

systems, and thanks to the projectual innovation of the product,

allows to shield from rain. Uses the summer breezes to freshen

up and ventilate environments, adapts to the characteristic of

the weather, allows to obtain a major benefit form the termal

and bright point of view. The patented technology allows the

retraction of the blades to open the roof whenever is desired to

open to the sky.

The powder coating of our profiles is essentially divided into three cycles:

> chemical pre-treatment applied to the raw profile to obtain perfect and long-lasting finishes;

> application of polyester powder using automatic electrostatic guns;

> curing conditions at 200° to get an extra strong final coating, increasing the mechanical characteristics of the profile itself.
