Under the Encore II contract, Unisys offers industry-standard best
practices and a robust set of solution capabilities to our customers,
as well as the extensive resources and capabilities of our partner

of Encore II. Our proven technical, administrative, and quality processes
continue to deliver high-performance, low-risk and best-value solutions
for Encore II customers. We have successfully provided comprehensive
support for DISA/DITCO customers on DEIS I, DEIS II, and Encore I
since 1993. Unisys has received 50 ISO 9000 certifications to date,
including the first certification, issued for a worldwide logistics support
process. Unisys Technology Solutions Center has been externally
evaluated at Level III of the SEI Capability Maturity Model (CMMI) for
Software. We are the recipient of numerous quality awards for virtually
every facet of our worldwide business operation.

(DII,) Common Operating Environment (COE), and supporting
implementation towards Joint Vision 2020, and the approved DoD
Technical Architecture Framework for Information Management
(TAFIM, standards, and guidelines).

Program ManagementUnisys has developed and refined a comprehensive program
management approach that allows our project teams to quickly
respond to changing business requirements while maintaining
firm program control. Our program management methodology
directs and facilitates effective program control over multiple task
orders while ensuring the quality and performance of the products
and services we deliver. The Unisys proven, flexible approach to
information systems implementation is driven by the business
needs of our clients capturing the most effective management

Offered Services under the Unisys Encore II ContractThe Unisys Encore II contract provides all integration activities
within the boundaries of the DoD, related Agencies, and NATO
Allies. Enterprise-wide technical solutions include requirement
documentation, benchmarking and baselining, process
reengineering, prototyping, modeling, development, deployment
operation and maintenance through the entire life cycle of the
Automated Information System (AIS). Unisys will furnish the
necessary personnel, materials, facilities, travel and other
services required to provide worldwide integration support,
systems engineering and related services. Technical solutions
