INSTALLATION GUIDE PHYSICS DRIVING CHEMISTRY ENERCAT™ SLICK LINE TOOL Enercat™ Tools converts the energy from downhole temperature and pressure to specific vibrational frequencies, minimizing or preventing paraffin, asphaltene, heavy oil, scale, and breaking emulsion. The Enercat™ Slick Line Tool is set in the seating nipple by slick line. The bumper spring assembly will need to be set just above the tool on a three-slip stop or a collar stop. (see page 2) The Slick Line Tool Assembly is made up of a fish neck, Enercat™ Trim Tool(s) and a seating assembly sized for the correct seating nipple. Installation Instructions 1. The Enercat™ Trim Tool consists of a thin tube with Enercat™ material inside, and the connecting ends are screwed into the tube with fine threads. 2. Do not place wrenches on the tube portion of the Trim Tool. 3. Do not place wrenches on the ends of the Trim Tool and tighten multiple points with the fine threads in the middle. This will damage the threads and void the warranty. 4. Tighten one connection at a time to API specifications for 5/8” sucker rods. 5. Screw the fish neck to the Trim Tool. 6. Screw multiple Trim Tools together using connectors for increased capacity if needed. 7. Screw the Trim Tool(s) to the seating assembly. 8. Confirm the slickline unit has a lubricator of adequate length to install tools. Tool Limitations The Trim Tool begins to lose efficacy when the well has a formation GOR of >1,000 going up the tubing. If the gas is breaking out and going up the annulus, it is less of a concern. The tool needs to be installed as close to the perforations as possible, so it can treat the oil before it experiences a significant temperature/pressure drop changing the oil composition which the tool cannot reverse. If you are “skimming” the well and the tool is 1,000’ above the perforations, the tool may not be effective. NOTE: Tools can be linked together to increase BOPD capacity. INSTALLATION GUIDE

PHYSICS DRIVING CHEMISTRY

ENERCAT™ SLICK LINE TOOL• Enercat™ Tools converts the energy from downhole temperature and pressure to specific

vibrational frequencies, minimizing or preventing paraffin, asphaltene, heavy oil, scale, and breaking emulsion.

• The Enercat™ Slick Line Tool is set in the seating nipple by slick line. The bumper spring assembly will need to be set just above the tool on a three-slip stop or a collar stop. (see page 2)

• The Slick Line Tool Assembly is made up of a fish neck, Enercat™ Trim Tool(s) and a seating assembly sized for the correct seating nipple.

Installation Instructions 1. The Enercat™ Trim Tool consists of a thin tube with Enercat™ material inside, and the

connecting ends are screwed into the tube with fine threads.

Tool Limitations

The Trim Tool begins to lose efficacy when the well has a formation GOR of >1,000 going up the tubing.

Tools are nickel coated for corrosion resistance For extremely corrosive conditions, contact Revelant for custom tools
