Wirtschaftliche Sorge: Wie kann sich das rechnen ?

Wird der Investitions- und Instandhaltungsbedarf nicht massiv erhöht ?

GUW+ ist keine Universallösung, aber mit dem richtigen Zuschnitt kann es sich lohnen: Minimierung von Investitionen (CAPEX)

• Nutzung von Bestandsgebäuden für E-Bus Ladestationen

• Vermeidung eines neuen Mittelspannungsanschlusses

• Nachnutzung der Busbatterien als Batteriespeicherkraftwerk

Amortisationspfade im Betrieb (OPEX)

• Vollständige Nutzung der anfallenden Bremsenergie

• Einsparung des Leistungsentgelts für die E-Busversorgung

• Bereitstellung von Dienstleistungen für das Stromnetz (Primärregelleistung)

Rechtliche Sorge: Ist das denn mit der Gesetzeslage vereinbar ?

Energieversorgungskonzept GUW+

Es gibt unterschiedliche Begünstigungen, aber keine geeigneten (geeichten) Zähler ! • Mehrere Stromarten: Bahnstrom, Busstrom, Speicherstrom, Fremdladung • Mehrere Ansprechpartner für: EEG-Umlage, Stromsteuer, Präqualifikation

Das ist richtig, aber (leider) nur eines der aktuellen Probleme: • Risiko von Doppelbelastungen bei mehrfacher Energiewandlung/-speicherung, • Fehlende Abgrenzung durch gewollte Überlagerung der Energieflüsse, und • Stromlieferung an Dritte, ohne als Energieversorger auftreten zu wollen.

Quintessenz: Die 2. Phase der Energiewende hat kein technisches oder wirtschaftliches, sondern ein regulatorisches Problem ! • Aus den vielen Regelungen müssen jetzt dienliche und nutzbare entstehen. • Die präzise Erfassung aller Energieflüsse ist physikalisch unmöglich.

Fazit: GUW+ kann die Phase 2 der Energiewende voranbringen.

In allen drei Achsen wurde „schon, aber auch erst“ die Hälfte des Weges zurückgelegt: • Passende Komponenten sind am Markt

verfügbar, aber noch nicht „systemintegriert“. • Relevante Amortisationspfade sind vorhanden

und robust, sofern die örtlichen und betrieblichen Parameter ein positives Ergebnis liefern.

• Rechtliche Risiken wurden identifiziert, die einer effizienten Sektorenkopplung derzeit noch entgegenstehen.

Aus den dargestellten Gründen kann die Wirtschaftlichkeit von GUW+ noch nicht vertraglich zugesichert werden.

Im Januar 2018 stellten wir einen Förderantrag bei der NOW, um • die offenen Punkte schließen • einen zuverlässigen Demonstrator zu errichten • und so die Basis für ein marktreifes Produkt schaffen zu können,

mit dessen Hilfe der Markthochlauf für Elektrobusse im ÖPNV gelingt.
