Preface of The PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

PT. Indra Karya (Persero) is a State-Owned Enterprise that was founded in 1961 and engaged in the construction field as a Contractor Company. In 1972 the company was reorganized into engineering and management consulting services. Since then, the company has been growing and able to establish itself as a leading Engineering Consultant Company in Indonesia. As an important preliminary step, PT. Indra Karya (Persero) focuses its business in electric power and water resources development. The success in achieving the initial goals, has encouraged PT. Indra Karya (Persero) to expand the fields, such as: Buildings and Factories, Transportation (Toll Roads, Bridges, Ports, Airports, Train Facilities / Infrastructure / LRT), Community Empowerment, Public Housing, Sanitation,

Water Waste and Drainage, Regional Development, Industrial Development / Specific Areas in line with current development market segment in Indonesia.

PT Indra Karya (Persero) has been succeeded in completing all the contract assignments handled professionally both as Independent Company or as Joint Venture Lead Firms. This achievement cannot be separated from the support of human resources of the company. PT. Indra Karya (Persero) also has its own Land Laboratory, integrated planning studio, integrated online project implementation monitoring system (EKPP), ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 as well as backup support for professionals in their fields to foster a second opinion culture on products produced by PT. Indra Karya (Persero).

In the next five years, PT. Indra Karya (Persero) has a plan to strengthen and diversify the business into an EXPANDED CONSULTANTS, specifically the expansion of the water and energy resources business (upstream-mid-downstream), thus PT. Indra Karya (Persero) will become Engineering, Developer and Industry at the same time. Engineering activities as an upstream part,will continue to handle the consulting work that has been carried out so far. Developer activities as part of the center will act as a developer of reservoirs / ponds / situ for the management of clean water, wastewater, energy, cultivation and tourism. Industrial activities as a downstream part run an industrialization business, namely bottled drinking water (AMDK) that already has a trademark called INFRESH, , this industry provides clean water from river water sources, reservoirs, ground water, sea water to supply the needs of the Special Area. PT. Indra Karya has been entrusted to carry out A Large Scale Engineering Projects with high technology as Lead Firm Consultants Association for IBRD finances projects (Central Java Transmission & Substantion also Musi HEPP Project) and ADB (HEPP Tanggari II and Sengguruh HPP).

The Bintang Bano Dam is located at Brang Rea River, Bangkat Monte village, Brang Rea sub-district West Sumbawa District.Bintang Bano dam is an rock embankment dam located in the province of West Nusa Tenggara, in the district of West Sumbawa. Bintang Bano dam is one of 13 large dams which is one of development agenda of ministry of PUPR fiscal year 2015.

6 3The reservoir capacity of the dam is 65.84 x 10 m where the purpose of the dam is to irrigate an area of 6,695 Ha, to reduce flood discharge by 647

3 3m /sec, a raw water supply of 0.55 m /sec and to generate electricity of 9.00 MW.The height of dam is 72 m

The Jatigede Dam is a rock embankment dam at the Cimanuk River in Sumedang Regency, West Java, Indonesia. its located 19 km east of the town of Sumedang. Construction of the dam started on2008 and it was completed on 2015. The power station is expected to be commissioned in 2019.

The main purpose of the dam is irrigation but it will also for flood control, water supply and hydro electric power generation. Water in the reservoir will be used to serve a irrigation 90.000 Ha of farmland and the power station is expected to have a 110 MW capacity.

Detailed design in 2005 with this following specification: Dam will be a 110 m high and 1,715 m long rock-fill with center core 3dam embankment. Its crest will be 12 m wide and the volume of dam is 6,700,000 m . The dam's spillway will be a chute-type

3on the center of the downstream face. It will be controlled by four radial gates and have a discharge capacity of 4,468 m /s. The irrigation intake is located below the spillway.

6 3 6 3The reservoir volume is 980 x 10 m and effective storage capacity of which 877 x 10 m . The purpose of dam is also for water supply and power generation. The catchment area encompasses 1,462 km2 while the reservoir surface area of 41.22 km2. The dam's crest elevation is 265 m and the normal reservoir elevation 260 m. The intake for the power plant is located on the right abutment with 3,050 m long head-race tunnel before reaching the power plant downstream. The power plant will contain of two 55 MW Francis turbine-generators (total capacity 110 MW) with a design hydraulic head of 170 m.

Lombok Steam Electric Power Plant – NTB is a Power Plant with the need of Coal predicted each 195,000 Ton Per Year. This Numbers of Coal equivalent to 69,000 Kilo Liter BBM per year. So with the operation of Steam Electric Power Plant is estimated able to save operating Cost 370 Billion Rupiah per Year (compared if using Fuel).

During it's construction, the three Steam Electric Power Plant Project in Jeranjang (1 x 25 MW and 2 x 25 MW) are estimated to hire 2000 worker.
