“I chose to study English at Bond University College because of the location, Gold Coast climate and access to Bond University facilities. The teaching and learning environment is very good. All the teachers are kind and if I didn’t understand something, they would always take the time to explain further.

As a rugby player, I also wanted to study English somewhere that I could still train and keep up my fitness regime. My favourite classes at the gym were boxing and TRX and having access to the Olympic-sized swimming pool. Some of my highlights while studying here have been the student BBQ every Wednesday, excursions to the beach and making good friends with classmates from all over the world.”

“When I first arrived on campus, I had a very positive impression of Bond University and had the feeling that I could learn a lot here. Bond has a great atmosphere, as well as great facilities — my favourites being the library, sports centre and swimming pool. I had an excellent experience when studying at Bond. The teaching method was more interesting than the experiences I had at other institutions in the past, and I felt that it helped me absorb more information.

I am currently studying in the Master of Construction Practice at Bond University, and studying English at Bond University College has helped me get to where I am today.”
