Movia Traffic Company: In rela@on to the opening of a contact center for the Danish travel payment card ”Rejsekortet”, Movia was met with a demand of being able to document customer incidents like lost or stolen cards, complaints and so on. This made Movia contact their phone system integrator, RELACOM to get advice on choosing the right solu@on. RELACOM made contact to RECORDIT.NU, who presented an interes@ng system, that met Movia’s demands. An easy to use system with a user friendly interface for search and playback of recordings. ARer having used the recording solu@on for the ”Rejsekortet” contact center, Movia decided to expand the solu@on to cover their addi@onal two contact centers and their 24 hour hotline. Now the recordings are not just used for documenta@on, but also for training and educa@on of staff.
