Movia  Traffic  Company:      In  rela@on  to  the  opening  of  a  contact  center  for  the  Danish  travel  payment  card  ”Rejsekortet”,  Movia  was  met  with  a  demand  of  being  able  to  document  customer  incidents  like  lost  or  stolen  cards,  complaints  and  so  on.  This  made  Movia  contact  their  phone  system  integrator,  RELACOM  to  get  advice  on  choosing  the  right  solu@on.  RELACOM  made  contact  to  RECORDIT.NU,  who  presented  an  interes@ng  system,  that  met  Movia’s  demands.  An  easy  to  use  system  with  a  user  friendly  interface  for  search  and  playback  of  recordings.    ARer  having  used  the  recording  solu@on  for  the  ”Rejsekortet”  contact  center,  Movia  decided  to  expand  the  solu@on  to  cover  their  addi@onal  two  contact  centers  and  their  24  hour  hotline.    Now  the  recordings  are  not  just  used  for  documenta@on,  but  also  for  training  and  educa@on  of  staff.  An  addi@onal  use  of  the  system  is  the  review  of  calls  along  with  the  feedback  from  customer  surveys.            –  Per  Frederiksen,  Teknisk  chef  Movia  Kundecenter

”We  had  an  older  recording  system,  that  was  worn  down,  and  no  longer  up-­‐to-­‐date.    There  was  some  specific  requirements  in  order  the  get  the  system  approved  by  authori@es.      We  chose  RECORDIT.NU  because  they  were  thrustworthy  and  competent.  Their  system  required  some  adjustments  to  meet  the  demands  from  the  authori@es,  which  they  were  willing  to  do  without  any  hesita@on  or  discussion.    There  were  some  challenges  when  it  came  to  the  implementa@on,  but  RECORDIT.NU  worked  hard  and  dedicated  to  get  the  issues  solved,  which  was  done  to  full  sa@sfac@on.    We  are  fully  sa@sfied  with  the  coopera@on!      -­‐  Brian  Greffel  ,  Supervisor  TTA
