Enhanced Access Review Committee Members Present:

Geneva Roembke, Business Services Manager for ISA, called the Enhanced Access Review Committee Meeting to order.
Approval of the August 8, 2018 EARC Meeting Minutes: Ms. Kate Sweeney Bell made a motion to accept the minutes as amended. Mr. Russell Hollis seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
CityBase Report: Mr. Jim Murphy presented the CityBase Report. He noted there has been a 17% decrease from the last month revenue and a 5% increase in year-over-year revenue. The was an issue with the migrated traffic tickets solution. A fix is in place. However, the service is still turned off until it is confirmed the issue is resolved. As a result, Traffic Court revenue was down causing the decrease.

Fund Request: The Marion County Election Board plans to transition from a precinct-based voting system to a vote center system in 2019. The vote center plan allows voters to vote at any vote center location in the county. Ms. Brienne Delaney present a request for funds to supplement the cost of the epollbooks and associated peripheral equipment needed for the vote centers. After Ms. Delaney’s presentation, Mr. Joseph O’Connor made a motion to approve the request. Ms. Kate Sweeney Bell seconded the request. The request was approved unanimously.

There was no presentation of the Treasurer’s Report.
The next Enhanced Access Review Committee Meeting is scheduled for November 14, 2018 at 1:30PM, CCB Room 107.
