Elaine L Harvey, B.A. is a teacher, art exhibition juror and award-winning painter whose work has been published as well as shown in one-person and juried exhibitions throughout San Diego and the U.S. Currently, her work in acrylic, watercolor & collage explores relationships of people to one another and their environment and revels in the unique possibilities of watermedia. She earned a bachelor's degree with the highest honors and distinction.
