“Enroll in My Program Classes”• Enroll in My Program Classes lays out degree
requirements based on the year of acceptance to a program (Admit Term, i.e. 2148).
• If you are accepted to a Technical Diploma program or a Associate Degree program, use this link to register for classes.
• Please refer to the “Enroll in a Class” PowerPoint if you need to complete developmental level classes (if at least one test score is below the required benchmark).
How to “Enroll in My Program Classes”
• Log into your my.NWTC account. Click “Enroll in My Program Classes” on the Student Center page.
• Your program choice, admission status, and “Admit Year” information are included in the header.
• Units required = total program credits.
• Units taken = registered AND completed credits.
• Units actual = credits needed for graduation.
• Green arrow pointing to the right shows a class you are enrolled in or classes you have completed.
• Green arrow pointing downwards means the class needs to be completed.
• Pay close attention to instructions beneath each class marked with a green arrow (pointing downwards).
• Click the class title in the table below to search for available sections.
This begins the registration process.
• You can review the course description for prerequisite information.
Click “View Class Sections”.
• Scroll down the page.
• Use the drop down menu next to “Terms Offered” to select the correct semester (if registering for a future semester).
• Click “Show Sections”.
• Available sections appear on the following page.
• Key:Green circle = open class.Blue square = closed class.Yellow triangle = wait listed class.
• By default, this view lists 5 class sections. Scroll down the page and click “View All” to see every available class section in the district.
• Pay close attention to Room and Date information. This is a Regular 15-week class session.This is an Accelerated class session.This is an online class.
• Click “Select” to add a class to the shopping cart.
• Click “Next” to add class to shopping cart.
• Success! The class has been added to the shopping cart.
• Click “Click Here” to view shopping cart.
• Click “Return to My Program Classes” to select another course in the degree audit.
• Click the box in the “Select” column to proceed with registration.
• Click “Enroll”.
• Click “Finish Enrolling”.
• Click “Accept Terms and Continue” to finalize course registration.
