Design and development of ECT - a professional entrepreneurial skills framework for teachers
Develop an innovative self assessment tool which will empower teachers to understand their own skills and strengths to deliver entrepreneurial teaching, learning and assessment
Embed the use of Entrecomp as a learning outcomes framework developing innovative, empowered learners.
Design and pilot cutting edge professional development for trainee and existing teachers that develops teachers skills based on ECT skills framework
Project aims: EntreComp for Teachers deliverables (skills framework, practice
map, CPD), • clear rationale of what skills teachers need to implement
practical entrepreneurial experiences, • understanding of how to bring the real-life context to their
teaching • how to involve external partners from community and
business.
• EntreCompEdu skills framework outlines the skills profile to help teachers deliver entrepreneurial learning
• Practice Map demonstrates how each skill can be put into practice.
• Through CPD, teachers develop skills and clear understanding of links with learner engagement, active citizenship and employability.
Revising and strengthening the professional profile of the teaching professions:
Promoting the take-up of practical entrepreneurial experiences in education, training and youth work:
Developing partnerships between education and employment:
Teachers will understand why and how community and business engagement supports entrepreneurial learning, with examples of how to build stakeholder engagement into their teaching.

Clear understanding of how a professional entrepreneurial competences framework is applicable to all curriculum areas
Training model for teachers through initial teacher education and continuing professional development using an innovative and collaborative social learning media environment (loopme.io)
A policy toolkit outlining why and how the skills framework can be embedded into existing ITE and CPD at national and regional level, developed in consultation with European and national/regional policy-makers
Co-constructed and tested EntreComp for Teachers - a Professional Entrepreneurial Skills framework for Teachers inspired by EntreComp, developed in close consultation with
learners, teachers, school leaders, community and business
