Beijing Jiu Zhou Information Technical Services Co., Ltd. (BJZ) is a PRC-licensed WebTV operator. The WebTV market is strictly regulated by the PRC government. Significantly, Beijing Jiu Zhou is qualified and licensed by the PRC government to provide WebTV services nationwide including Internet television and interactive video related content, Internet news information services and other value-added services over telecom infrastructure.
Through partnerships with leading content providers and distributors, LottVision will technologically enable Beijing Jiu Zhou to provide its WebTV audience with a library of licensed content, video-on-demand features as well as downloading services focusing on high definition technology.
