1. Suction results from a vacuum and draws the fumes into the extraction bridge. To further increase the extraction efficiency, the three-sided air flow also routes the fumes directly into the extraction bridge.

The LOWE Gastro Hub is a self-contained kitchen that can be transported to any location by sea or land foruse at exhibitions or events. The unit can be customised to a client’s branding requirement on request, givingthe customer a high level of visibility in the market or at any event. The Gastro Hub is trucked and craned intoposition easily and is prepared for easy connection to utilities such as water, waste and electricity. Either mains or temporary power is suitable.

The units are designed as open plan to allow the installation of equipment which is relevant to your preparation menu. LOWE Gastro Hub is the size of a standard shipping container (6mx2.4m) for easy transport and the extendable walls at the front provide an extra area of 1.1m x 3.3m and a usable Servery for events.
