The remaining characters may be numbers or letters.Letters should be used to convey information pertaining to tvoor more pieces of equipment performing the same function.
As a minimum, one numeral may appear as an equipment identifier.A maximum of six characters is possible in cases vhere theequipment code consists of only one letter.
