Jeff Armbruster is Senior Consultant with Armbruster & Associates, LLC. Jeff retired from the U.S. Geological Survey in August 2001, with more than 37 years of service. During his career with USGS, he spent 15 years working in the field of hydrology (he has both a BS and MS in Civil Engineering) and 20 years managing scientific research programs.

During his final two years with USGS, he served on the agency’s Executive Leadership Team and was a senior policy advisor to the Director. In his second career, Jeff has provided customized training and coaching in principle-centered leadership, emotional intelligence, and teamwork effectiveness to dozens of clients. He is also an executive coach.

Jeff is an active member of Mary Our Queen Catholic Church in Norcross where he is a Eucharistic Minister, the Sponsor Couple program and the Archdiocese of Atlanta’s Catholics Come Home Initiative. He has taught training courses and given seminars, workshops, missions and other presentations at numerous Catholic churches around metro Atlanta. Jeff is the author of Some Practical Lessons in Leadership—Observations from Daily Life and Live Humbly, Serve Graciously – Reflections on Baptism, Mission, and Service. Jeff and his wife Laurel have two married children and three grandchildren, so far!

Deacon Michael Bickerstaff is the Editor-in-chief and co-founder of the The Integrated Catholic Life™. A Catholic Deacon of the Roman Rite for the Archdiocese of Atlanta, Deacon Bickerstaff is assigned to St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church where he is the Director of Adult Education and Evangeliza-tion.

He is a co-founder of the successful annual Atlanta Catholic Business Conference; the Chaplain of the Atlanta Chapter of the Wood-stock Theological Center’s Business Confer-ence; and Chaplain of the St. Peter Chanel Faith at Work Business Association and co-founder and Chaplain of the Marriages Are Covenants Ministry, both of which serve as models for similar parish-based ministries.

Deacon Bickerstaff is also the President of Virtue@Work, an executive and personal coaching firm and the Executive Vice Presi-dent of Integrated Benefit Systems Inc, a national software-consulting firm he co-founded in 1993.

Prior to joining ML Healthcare in 2007 as Chief Executive Officer, Brian has been the principal of Freeport Holdings, LLC. Before the formation of Freeport Holdings, Brian was co-founder of Cbeyond, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBEY), an IP based business communications company. Brian held several senior executive positions from 1999 through 2006. During those years, Cbeyond transitioned from a venture-funded start-up into a profitable publicly traded corporation. Prior to co-founding Cbeyond, Brian was with Intermedia Communications (Nasdaq: ICIX) until its acquisition by WorldCom (Nasdaq: WCOM). From 1991-1999, Brian was responsible for many senior sales and marketing roles most notably the creation of a $100M Government Services business unit. Brian’s business career began with GTE/Sprint in 1988 after attending Florida State University. Brian is a resident of the Atlanta area with his wife Bonnie and his children, Abigail, Jackson and William. Jennifer Daniels is a dynamic coach, trusted advisor and master facilitator who infuses leadership development, strategic planning and change management with entrepreneurial business models. She is Managing Principal at Flying Laboratories LLC, a transformation coaching and consulting practice whose name was inspired by Amelia Earhart’s plane, which she commissioned to experiment, learn and improve aeronautical performance. Michael Esposito grew up on Long Island in New York, the son of first generation Italian American parents, Ida and Mario. After growing up working in his father’s restaurant, Michael began his professional career in Human Resources and then transitioned to labor/employee relations/law before serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer for two publically-traded multi-billion dollar organizations and one family-owned, privately held company.

Michael and his family relocated to Georgia in 2005 from Florida when he joined The Home Depot. Always motivated to help and support others, Michael earned his Associate Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation in 2016 to hone his executive/career coaching skills. He currently serves as the Vice President Labor & Employee Relations for XPO Logistics, a global leader in transportation, logistics and supply chain.

Michael will soon celebrate his 29-year wedding anniversary with his wife, Ann, a world-class yoga teacher. They have two children, Emily (who works for the mid-town W in business development) and Benedict (who works for the Archdiocese of Atlanta as a communications specialist).

Michael is currently a mentor for the Catholic Charities of Atlanta Leadership Program and serves on the membership committee of the HR Leadership Forum of Atlanta.

Patricia Falotico is the CEO of the Robert K Greenleaf Center for Servant Leadership. The ultimate measure of success for a servant leader is how those served grow.

Pat is active in several civic organizations and is committed to ensuring that all students have the opportunity to get a high quality education which enables them to become contributing members of society. She currently chairs the United Way of Greater Atlanta’s Community Engagement Council and is an active alumni and volunteer of Leadership Atlanta. Pat mentors emerging women leaders through Pathbuilders’ Achieva program.

Catherine (Warren) Fuss is an alumna of Christ the King School and the Marist School in Atlanta, and holds a BA in Economics from Duke University. She enjoyed a career spanning over 20 years with General Electric. While at GE, she graduated from their Financial Management Program and was certified in GE’s Six Sigma program as a Quality Leader. Catherine currently provides marketing consulting to both nonprofit and commercial entities. Completed client engagements include serving Catholic Charities Atlanta as their first marketing director and GE Capital on an international campaign rollout. She currently works for CSR, LLC, a management consulting firm, and delivers marketing work for several clients.

An Atlanta native, Catherine and her husband of 22 years, Steve, live in Sandy Springs with their three children. They are active parishioners at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, where Catherine leads a small group within the Women of the Word scripture study. She participates on the Monastery of the Holy Spirit’s Board of Visitors, volunteers at her children’s schools and serves on her neighborhood board. Catherine remains a strong advocate for Catholic Charities Atlanta, especially after participating in and graduating from the 2011 Leadership Class and serving as a mentor for the 2012 – 2014 classes.

Dan Garcia is President of C.W. Matthews Contracting Company, the largest Heavy Highway construction company in Georgia with revenues in excess of $400 Million per year. His expertise involves all facets of construction management, but his passion for the industry comes from building projects that have an impact in the community and for the people constructing these projects.

Dan was born in Caracas, Venezuela and moved to the United States at the age of 17 to attend The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. After graduating in 1996, Dan began his career in construction working in several states before moving to Georgia in 2002. In 2010, Dan completed his MBA from Mercer University.

He has served as president of the Georgia Asphalt Pavement Association and as a board member of the Georgia Highway Construction Association. He also volunteers his time as a board member for the non-profit organization “Youth in Mission” and attends St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta, Georgia. Dan has been married to his wife Debbie for 18 years and they have 5 children.

Adam received his degree in management from Indiana University, where he was a four-year starter on the football team. Adam is happily married to his wife, Stephanie, and together they have three children: Caroline, Grace, and Connor. When Adam is not at work or spending time with his family, he enjoys small home renovation projects. Dawn Hurlebaus is a National Award winning executive with over 30 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing and IT Education. In 2016, Dawn purchased Slimpressions, a shapewear company for women and now travels the United States promoting the company’s mission to boost women’s confidence, particularly women who had weight loss surgery.

Dawn also owns SolacePath, LLC, which provides digital marketing, website design and photography services to small businesses. She is often found mentoring young adults and sharing inspirational and motivational stories.

In 2007, Dawn and her spouse fostered, then later adopted three children, all siblings. She attends Mass with her family at St. Ann’s Church in Marietta. She is extremely active in Religious Education, Prayer and Praise, and serves as an Adoration Guardian, Eucharistic Minister, and on multiple healing ministries. She is also involved with Alpha, Life in the Spirit, and LifeTeen. Prescott has been active in social and civic organizations serving as President of the Hotel and Lodging Association’s Human Resources Board, a Board Member of the Young Leadership Council, and a member of the Diversity Advisory Council. In his parish of Christ the King, Prescott has sponsored several RCIA candidates, served as an Adoration Guardian and participated in the Christ Renews his Parish (CHRP) retreats. He is an alumnae of the Catholic Charities Leadership Class of 2014.

Prescott is happily married to his wife Heather for more than 20 years and they have three children. In his spare time, Prescott enjoys golf, fine dining, and time with his family.

Tony enjoys working with people of varying backgrounds and seniority. He has enterprise-wide consulting experience in many industries and functions. Originally from London, England, his first employer contracted with BellSouth International in 1989 to help launch their Latin American wireless businesses, which resulted in his relocation to Atlanta.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in technology and management consulting. He has held executive leadership positions at PwC Consulting, Nokia Networks, Amdocs Consulting, and for the last 4 years, Slalom Consulting. During his career, he has led business units of over 300 people, success-fully delivered big implementation programs, as well as heading up large accounts with responsibility for sales, delivery and people development.

Tony and his wife, Kelly, live in Milton with their three children and three dogs. Kelly teaches at Queen of Angels Catholic School in Roswell, and they are active parishioners at St. Peter Chanel. Outside of work, Tony spends most of his time supporting his kids in their sports – they excel in soccer and running. Kevin Webb is Director of Finance at Georgia-Pacific, where he has worked for the past 7+ years in various finance leadership roles. His current areas of responsibility include leading the AR Portfolio Finance team, which consists of 25 professionals in Atlanta and the Philippines, as well as managing a special corporate bond initiative. Prior to GP, he spent eight years at office supply and label manufacturer Avery Dennison in a variety of finance and accounting positions in Ohio and Georgia. Kevin also served as Vice Chairman of the Board for First Miami University Student Federal Credit Union for over 15 years, where he mentored and provided guidance to students who run a real-life financial institution while completing their undergraduate degrees.

Kevin received his MBA in Banking and Finance from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
