Professional Work ExperienceMy career has been a journey of problem solving, continuous learning, and training and building of teams. I have accomplished my goals through the application of technical tools gained through an advanced education, on the job training (Six Sigma), merger and acquisitions experience, and significant global leadership experiences in the automotive industry. My multiple plant responsibility experience in multiple countries has given me leadership skills required in today’s challenging market.

My disciplined approach to solution development and leadership has resulted in significant impacts extending far beyond the core projects. My keen sense of strategy has allowed me to recognize how to maximize the benefits of creative solutions not only specific to the product but also the business.
