ELEMENTARY SCHOOLPHOTO SHOOT SY 2013-2014

September 16-20, 2013ES Science Lab (Rm. 2126)

All students will be photographed regardless of purchase.

Each class will have a scheduled time for photo shoot

during the week.

Students must wear their school uniform (any color ISM knitshirt with collar, NO PE UNIFORM please) during the photoshoot.

Photo Order Envelopes will be distributed to students onSeptember 13. Payments should be placed inside the orderenvelope to be brought by the student on the day of theirscheduled photo shoot which will then be given directly tothe photographers staff. NO PAYMENT WILL BERECEIVED BY THE TEACHER OR THE ES OFFICE. Lateorders/payments can be done directly with thephotographers staff during the photo shoot week, 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM, in Rm. 2126 (ES Science Lab) or get in touchdirectly with the photographer after September 20.

may be in the ES PE office. The recess box supervisor

bringsanyunclaimedIDsattheendofeachdaytothe

ESPEofficeonLevel1.

Schoolpassesissuedtoparentsemployeesandrepresentavesneedtobereplacedfornextschoolyear. AsofAugust31,2013theorangeborderedpasseswillbeinvalid.

Thesecurityofficeisnowaccepngapplicaonsfornewschoolpasses. Thesepasseswillnotbecompablewiththecashlesspay

mentsystem.

Eachfamilywillbegiventwofreeschoolpasses. Addionalschoolpassesmaybeobtainedaerpayingaprocessingfeeof

Php100.00eachtotheCashiersOffice.

VisitorsPasses

AllvisitorsmustsecureapassfromtheguardhouseatGate3.Beforeentrywillbeallowed,atelephonecheckwillbemadewith

therelevantofficetoconfirmthevisitorsbusinesswithintheschool.VisitorswillneedtosurrenderaphotoIDuponentrytocam

pus.

Thecarsckersforschoolyear2013/2014areavailablefromthesecurityoffice.

Forvehiclesalreadydisplayinganexisngscker,parentsshouldsubmitacompletedrenewalformwithacopyofacurrentLTO

officialreceipt. Fornewvehicles,parentsareremindedthatacopyofthevehiclescerficateofregistraonandacurrentofficial

receiptneedtobesubmiedwiththeapplicaon.Applicaonsforvehiclesregisteredwithcompaniesorotherinstuonsshould

besupportedbyaleerofassignment.

EachISMfamilywillbeissuedonevehiclesckerfreeofcharge.AnyaddionalsckerswillbeissuedfollowingpaymentofP100to

thecashiersoffice.

Inordertofacilitatetheeasyrecognionofauthorizedcarsatthegates,thesckersshouldbeaffixedtothetoprightcornerof

thewindshield. Furthertothis,oldISMsckersissuedinpreviousyearsshouldberemoved.

VehiclesnotdisplayingacurrentcarsckerwillnotbeallowedaccessfromAugust31,2013.

Drivers,HelpersandBodyguards

Drivers,helpersandbodyguardsshouldnotwaitoncampusforstudentsthroughouttheschoolday. Aerdroppingoffstudents

theyshouldexittheschoolgroundsandnotreturnmorethan30minutesbeforedismissal me. Thosewhorepeatedlyfailtocom

plywiththeregulaonwillhavetheiraccessprivilegesuspended.

Onlythosevehiclescarryingparentsorotherpeoplewithbusinesswithintheschoolwillbeallowedtoreturntothecampusbe

forethescheduledpickup me.

The sessions will be facilitated by writer and formerISM faculty member Neni Sta. Romana Cruz andCatherine Khoo, a writer and author from Singapores
