Hon. Max Rosenn Memorial Law LibraryNo Longer Receiving
Professional Bail Forfeitures Just a reminder, many members are still under the impres-
sion that the Association’s Law Library is receiving profes-sional bail bondsmen forfeitures. These were ended by the Pennsylvania General Assembly. For the past three years now the Association has been paying the cost of running the Law Library, using money that it makes from printing the Luzerne Legal Register. The Law Library is at an equilibrium in terms of books and digital material holdings. Currently, the Law Library utilizes Thomson Reuters for its digital materials. Previously, it used Lexis. A switch was made because Reuters was willing to give a better price for the same broad collection of digital legal material.
