THE PROBLEM:



"CYBERBULLYING”

when a child, preteen or teen is tormented,threatened, harassed, humiliated,

embarrassed or otherwise targeted byanother child, preteen or teen

Must be a minor on both sides, or at leastinstigated by a minor against another

minor.



Cyberbullying uses the Internet, interactiveand digital technologies or mobile phones.
