Employers who maintain the re-employment of disabled workers with Disability Grade 1 to 12 or injured workers (whose disability will be medically acknowledged to correspond to Disability Grade 1 to 12 after the completion of the medical care) for 6 months or longer after the workers have completed medical treatment
