Annual production output - 330 mln. pcs.Italian automated line for material preparation launched. All plant's peripheral systems had been dubbed. SORMAT OST is a Russian enterprise which produces goods under the license of SORMAT OY, Finland.

2008 - 2010

Annual production output - 370 mln. pcs.Technical upgrade of the plant. New molding machines by ENGEL (Austria) were installed. New nylon fixing hardware were introduced: PDG concrete nail, PLA and PBA anchor bolts for sheet material.Change to DUPONT and BASF - two world's primary polyamide suppliers - raw materials had been committed.

2012

The management system of LLC EUROPARTNER has been certified for conformance to the requirements of ISO 9001. The plant starts manufacturing innovation fasteners instead of metal analogues (nails PGN, concrete nails PDGN).

Cooperation with the French partners proceeds, started deliveries of fasteners to Finland, the trust of buyers grows in Russia.Launched a series of innovative nail-plug SNAKE, which doesn't have analog; absolutely new model of the expansion plug shield for any materials - MULTI plug prepares for release.

2011

New armored ENGEL molding machines for working with glass fiber filled polyamides were installed. New items with no analogues were introduced: PBAM screw-in anchor which replaces the steel fixture; PBAF screw-in anchor with V0 improved fire resistance.Tooling production launched, equipped with HAAS (USA) precision CNC machines.All plant's production is being manufactured under the brand name of EUROPARTNER.

2013

July 2013 began from sales of fasteners manufactured at “EUROPARTNER” plant located in France. In cooperation with branches BASF and DuPont new articles are being developed. The line of “EUROPARTNER” plant is extended by the anchor program integrating fasteners tested by us, with European certification, and equally important, are suitable for specific Russian conditions.

Universal plastic raw plug

Universal PDU raw plug may be used with sheet, solid or hollow materials. Brace section of the raw plug allows to use it in solid materials as a common raw plug, while in hollow and sheet materials it may be curved into a knot while tightening the screw. Flange of the raw plug prevents it from being pulled into the hole while fixing it to sheet or hollow materials. Universal screws are used when fitting. Screw length is equal to raw plug length L + fixed material thickness.

Nail-plug PDGN - a fastener for light fixtures in solid foundations:concrete, brick or natural stone.

The stud is mounted easily and quickly with a hammer only.The large non-effective part of the stud allows mounting through the material attached. A nylon nail is mounted into the stud in advance. Temperature range: -40° - +80°С.

Row clamp designed for fixing cables and pipes.It is used for planks with mounting flange of 11 mm. The row clamp is set towards the opening of the stripe and fixed on the guides with a slight press. After that row clamp freely moves along the plank and it may be attached to the cable. RK 5-25 and RK 7-38 are blocked with the screw, which expands the lower part of the row clamp when tightened. The screw might be loosened and tightened again.

FM fixture possess all necessary properties for conducting roofing works:- Wide cambered flange and stiffening rings distribute the clamping pressure regularly. - Durable shaft and sharpened tip facilitate the mounting. - High quality polypropylene has good technical characteristics, including high impact strength and frost resistance. For best fixing it is recommended to use stainless steel or Ruspert coated self-attack screws with diameter of 4,8 mm. Using such screws prologues the lifetime of the fixture.

The anchor PZA with internal metric thread is used for concrete, stone and brick fastening. A bolt length shall not exceed a length of the anchor thread f + a thickness of material attached.

3. Install the anchor into a hole and, having hammered on the adjustment tool, drive the internal anchor wedge intoup to the restrictive board on the adjustment tool.

4. Fix the attached part by means of stud or a bolt.
