Hotels Due to our extensive operational experience and in depth knowledge of passenger requirements, we ensure that the hotels we use are established hotels of a minimum 3 / 4* standard. We regularly work with the following large chains- Accor, Holiday Inn Express, NH, Best Western & Hilton. The facilities you can expect on tour in your hotel will include: en-suite bathrooms, telephone, television, restaurants, some have mini bars also. Please also note that unlike hotels in the USA & Far East, rooms in European hotels are generally smaller in size. Few have capacity for 4 persons and in many the maximum occupancy per room is 3 persons only. Please also note that not all hotels will have Air Conditioning. Also, some countries only turn the Air Conditioning on during July / August months or use environmental cooling systems which will cool the hotel to a maximum of 2-3 degrees Celsius cooler than the outside ambient temperature. Coaches For your holiday, we use coaches that are to an executive standard, equipped with safety systems, air conditioning / air cooling systems, a PA system incorporating microphone for use by your driver and guide and a DVD/CD Player, all combining together to increase the safety, enjoyment and comfort of Your experience with Us. The majority of the vehicles used on our tours have an on board toilet for use in case of emergencies and by those passengers with special medical conditions. Visas: Our dedicated and experienced Visa Team is available to assist you in obtaining the required Schengen & British Visas that may be required for your tour. At a small additional cost we will provide you with full support, advice and assistance prior to your submitting of visa(s) application(s) thus making the whole process less stressful!
