Be active, be eloquent, be out there Identify needs and help communicate
○ Working Groups, Task Forces, Aggregation PlatformA lot of organizing has been done (governance structure, Task Force workflows etc.)There is a fine line between Task Forces, Working Groups, and other groupsWe still need to work out aspects of the big picture (position of Aggregation Platform)Learn from successful initiatives
○ Ask not what Europeana can do for you…You need to invest time and energyDo boring stuffBut also meet interesting people, collectively solve problems, invent a new digital realm
