Assign an overall competency level

Assign an overall score – typically an R2 will be a 2 or 2.5. To be level 5 is to be attending level or published on this according to ACGME

Provide feedback to resident on how they did

Optional Provide discreet message to the PD about resident

CLICK ON SHOW DETAILS to see the specific milestone achievements and to select what the resident may or may not have completed

Assign an overall where you feel the resident is at their level
