OCHA Support in Sierra Leone..1
• Support RCO for coordination of Ebola response, partner engagement and info sharing
• Liaise with donors present in Sierra Leone (DFID, JICA, Germany, Ireland, ECHO, USAID/OFDA)
• Advice on coordination challenges and solutions
• Facilitate resource mobilization by agencies (CERF grants and Appeal)
• Identify coordination challenges in discussion with lead agencies/partners
• Support the EOC Operations Group to address operational issues and work out solutions
• Develop SOPs and Guidelines for Pillar activities and roll out through EOC

• Support partner initiatives in tracking contributions and mapping response initiatives
• Advise Pillar actors/participants on coordination structures, tools and support available
• Consolidate information from UN and partners on regular basis for further wider sharing
• Collect/Collate/Feed input for refining 3Ws, Contact Lists, Meeting Schedules
• Support UNMEER for coordination, reporting/communication and Info Management
