At National Convention Services we know this is one of the most important aspects of your event. The NCS exhibitor services team keeps track of your exhibitor’s requests and is available to walk each exhibitor through the logistics of the show.

Communication between your exhibitors and our service team remains constant throughout the entire process, from pre-show to install and dismantle. We will arrange to have all of your Exhibitor’s orders executed on time and on budget. We understand that exhibit and event manager’s time is not best spent standing on the trade show floor with the Installation and Dismantling (I&D) team making sure their show or booth is properly put together. When Motor Trend was faced with the challenge of maintaining their show decorating budget NCS stepped up to the plate. The incumbent decorator from the prior West Virginia Auto Show proposed to increase their decorating fees 30% from the prior year. You did an incredible job here in West Virginia. Ruth is so impressed with the look of the show this year. We faced a huge dilemma in April last year when the projected general service contractor budget came in for the 2008 show. Obviously a show of this size can’t absorb a 30% increase in fees. You had a bar set at last year’s level. I must say when the Governor of the state of West Virginia compliments the show as looking better than last year, you have made your “mark”.

The signage package looked great and the onsite management was flawless- and all rolled with anything thrown at you- from you personally pitching in to clean up State Farm’s move in mess in order to take care of Pam Lambert’s Corvette display to all the extra touches you provided to the VIP Gala- the searchlight, red carpet with logos and the “step and repeat” photo wall, it was a Class “A” effort.

Ruth received so many compliments, and with many of the legislature in attendance- this was her “Super Bowl” and she is eternally grateful. As a show producer, I am grateful that you exceeded her expectations. You made Motor Trend look good in her eyes I personally thank you for that.

When the Wealth Expo was searching for quality and value for their exposition services they found National Convention Services. The NCS Exposition Services team responded to their RFP in 48 hours with a complete package of services. After being selected to be the official contractor of Wall St.’s Financial Expo the project began. The floor plan and the online exhibitor manual had been produced in 48 hours and available to all exhibitors. The floor plan approvals were in the works from the NYC Buildings Department and the Convention Center. As the event coordinator for Spectracell Laboratories, I have worked closely with many convention and exhibit services companies. In my experience I have come to consider National Convention Services as my top choice for exhibits and conventions. Just this year alone NCS has overseen the handling and decorating services for at least four of my exhibits. I have worked with NCS for the past 15 plus years as both an exhibitor appointed contractor for labor and as a general contractor for our dealer shows. NCS provides labor services to install and dismantle both our Honda and Acura exhibits at some 20 auto shows nationwide, which we are expanding this show season. NCS has been our chosen general contractor in various cities across the country for our dealer shows from San Antonio, Las Vegas, San Francisco, San Diego, Orlando to Seattle and this year in Chicago.

In their role as our general contractor NCS is responsible for all freight handling and drayage and the move in and out of all our vehicles including multiple vehicle turn overs during our events. They are responsible for all our labor from booth installation to rigging to carpet and the, supply and installation of our show décor, such as drape and dealer registration areas. They also provide system equipment and furniture to support more then 20 business units of Honda Motor Co. from Honda Financial to all our dealer support areas.

Having dealt with National at as many events and for as many years as I have I cannot recommend them highly enough.
