The Pennsylvania Convention Center (PCC) offers customers the opportunity to reach out to attendees and exhibitors in a whole new way. Meeting planners can utilize our signage to highlight rich and colorful mul-timedia content throughout the Convention Center to capitalize on traffic flow during events.

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICE PCC will provide up to Four (4) slides as a complimentary service.
These slides are not customizable. Content is created by the PCC and will list only the following information: Tradeshows/Conventions/Public Shows 1. Welcome “Event Name” 2. Registration Information: location, dates and times 3. Exhibit Hall Information: location, dates and times 4. General Session Information: location, dates and times Meetings/Seminars/Workshops/1-Day Events 1. Welcome “Event Name” 2. Event location, dates and times

MEETING ROOM SERVICE
Meeting Room Service provides the opportunity for you to customize your event by showcasing your branded slides with the meeting/session information above the meeting rooms. You send us a custom background image and a completed CSV file template (*as seen below) and we do the rest.
PCC does not create custom backgrounds. If you need assistance or suggestions on what to use to create the background, please contact the digital signage department at: [email protected]
Timeline for content. To ensure that the content provided is tested and properly formatted for all displays, we ask that the content be sent to us 21 days before the first day of move in.
Below is a sample of the CSV file Custom Content Spreadsheet that must be filled out. In order to ensure proper formatting , please fill in the information exactly how the “sample“ is formatted in the CSV file below. The above information is a generic example of meeting room signage. All background & formatting is supplied by the client.

Video Wall In addition to digital displays,
PCC’s eye-catching Video Wall is located
in the Broad Street Atrium. The wall plays
one image or video at a time. The location
and size allows organizations, sponsors,
and advertisers an amazing opportunity to
capture a larger audience with vivid imag-
es and video.
The Video Wall specs are as follows: (9) connected 46” screens Wall cavity of 80" h x 112" w Cavity base is 104" from the floor. The monitors occupy a space that is
approximately 5" less in height and width than the cavity. (75"h x 107"w)
The monitors are recessed in the wall approximately 2.5 - 3".
NanoFlex® by NanoLumens The NanoFlex® is a flexible, ultra-thin, lightweight, and energy-efficient LED screen. This impressive digital display provides the WOW factor you may be looking to connect with your audience! Basic event information. Slides are created by the PCC digital signage team. The slides are not customizable and will only appear on Concourse signage. Every event is provided this complimentary service unless requested otherwise.

Meeting Room Service
This service covers custom content displayed above meeting rooms. You must fill out the CSV file we provide you. We will need a background image along with any particular formatting instructions 21 days before the first day of move in.
1-2 Day Event $100.00 per display 3-5 Day Event $250.00 per display
Sponsorship This service provides a means for Show Management to use the designated displays for exhibitor pro-motion or event sponsorship.
1-3 day event $250.00 per Display 4-7 day event $400.00 per display
Video Wall (9 ) 46“ screens located in the Broad Street Atrium. The wall only plays one large image (video or static images)
$750.00 daily $2,250.00 event duration
NanoFlex® NanoFlex® plays most file types, although it does not accept text images. It is located on the 200 level between Halls A & B.
$1,000 daily $3,000 event duration

Digital Signage File Specifications
File Format Specifications
Most files can be converted to the proper format to play on our
digital media players. However, there are no guarantees in the
quality of the conversion when using unspecified file types. To help
in this process, please follow the specifications listed below.
Acceptable file formats:
Image Files: JPG, JPEG
Video Files: MPEG-1, MPEG-2, or MPEG-4
File Size:
All images and videos should be 1920 x 1080 pixels
Set to 16x9 aspect ratio
All files can be emailed to: [email protected]

May be uploaded to a file sharing service such as
