Alma’s agnostic design to cataloging methods

enables Alma to have a clear roadmap for

implementing BIBFRAME

Support import and export in the BIBFRAME format

Support both existing MARC and BIBFRAME at one time.

This allows customer to evolve into BIBFRAME
