• You will be given several options – Randomly, From A List, While Viewing, By

Standard, By Criteria, All Questions.

o Generally, you will want to use While Viewing, By Standard or By

Criteria. While Viewing allows you to see the question and check a box if

you want the question. By Standard or By Criteria allows you to sort

questions based on the Information you associated with the questions

when creating the bank such as: difficulty level, state or local standard,

learning objective, keyword etc.

o Choose whichever option suits you for creating this particular test.

• Exam View will now prompt you to identify which bank you would like to pull test

questions from. (You must have placed your bank of questions in the Banks

folder for them to appear at this level). If you have not place your banks in the

correct folder. Close out this screen, close Exam View, move the bank into the

correct folder and begin again.

you to further identify which questions you want on in the test. These

next screens will vary depending on how you chose to add your

questions to the test - While Viewing, By Standard or By Criteria.

• At this point you should have some questions in your test.

o If you would like to have questions from a DIFFERENT Bank you may go

to the menu, choose Select and repeat the process you did above. There

is no limit to the number of banks you may use to select questions from

you are planning to give multiple versions of the same test. The test may
