Training of Trainer Programs

The objective of the Training of Trainers (TOT) Program is to create a critical mass of trainers in a country who

have the basic knowledge, skills and experience to provide quality learning experience to the targeted

beneficiaries.

24

Continuous capacity building of the new as well as existing Trainers is very much part and parcel of our organization and

especially with the Vocational training centers trainers.

Training of Trainers – The Objective

25

We conduct internal Training of Trainers quarterly across our entire operational regions & there is

structured process for the same. During conducting the TOTs we visit different centers so we meet & Train

all of them. There are times when we do video calls with our trainers (Skype / WhatsApp / IMO)

sometimes Con-call to do Training Need Analysis.

Training Need Analysis:-

Master Trainers talk to their regional trainers to identify training need of their TOT as this helps the MTs to

plan their sessions properly.

Planning for State /Center Visits for TOT:-

Post TNA Master Trainers plan Visits & to complete their TOTs smoothly they give an entire day to a center.
