Friday, March 2nd

The students from Atlantic College arrived on Friday at 6 o’clock p.m in front of the Lycée Déodat de Séverac. Their penfriends were here to pick them up.

Saturday, March 3rd

Discover Argelès-sur-mer

All the students took the sightseeing train to discover Argelès-sur-mer. After a 45 minutes-ride, they stopped in front of the seaside where they had lunch.

At two o’clock, they took the train another time to get to the bowling. All the students played a wonderful game!

At 4 o’clock, they were picked up by their host families.

Sunday, March 4th

This day was organized by the host families.

Monday, March 5th

The students from Atlantic College went to class with their penfriends. At 10 o’clock, They visited the Modern Art Museum of Céret.

They appreciated paintings from Picasso & Matisse. After a good lunch at the school canteen, they took part in a guided tour in Céret.

They discovered the history of this town where so famous painters settled down for a while.

Tuesday, March 6th

All the students were invited by the Mayor of the town, M.Torrent at the Townhall where they tasted the local specialities.

They really enjoyed it!

Wednesday, March 7th

This day was dedicated to the visit of Perpignan. All the students enjoyed the visit of “Le Palais des rois de Majorque” and the guided tour in the city.

Thursday, March 8th

AC students and their French counterparts visited the lovely town of Collioure. In the morning, they visited the castle. In the afternoon, a guide made them discover the wonders of

this city.
