8 Month Multi-Modular Program with 3 On Campus Terms and 2 Off Campus Terms

EPGM is an 8-month, multi-modular, general management program for global business leaders that focuses on Management and Leadership; Strategy and Innovation; and Technology, Operations and Value Chain Management.

The program develops key leadership skills such as integrating an innovation mind-set into corporate culture, making technology-enhanced strategic decisions, building collaborative organizations and managing key talent across global markets. At the end of the program, executives will be well prepared and positioned to accelerate the pace of innovation and growth at their organizations—large or small.

The multi-modular learning journey includes 3 On Campus Terms and 2 Off Campus Terms.

$37,500 USD (includes breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches and program materials. Accommodation and Travel are not included).

EPGM is an immersive program that is designed for leaders in organizations where strategy, operations,

innovation, technology, digital economy, platforms play a vital role. Participants might come from large

organizations or medium-sized companies or even from start-ups. In past years, participants have come from

Participants will come together as a cohort for the On-Campus Terms and Off Campus Terms. Unique among the

many leadership programs offered globally, EPGM includes immersion modules at MIT Sloan and at the Asia School

of Business Malaysia as well as online modules from MIT Sloan.

In addition to the classroom work, EPGM will include group coaching to enhance participants’ leadership capabilities

and prepare them for increased responsibility in their careers. EPGM will also include simulations, case studies, and

group projects that are designed to make the knowledge actionable and applicable to real life business problems.

in every realm. Group Projects/Action Learning is a centerpiece of the MIT Sloan EPGM experience, describing both

our approach to management education and a wide range of hands-on learning opportunities for participants. MIT

and prepare participants to succeed in the global economy. In addition to your classroom sessions, you will be

guided through your project work by faculty and frameworks such as Disciplined Entrepreneurship. EPGM

participants will receive a copy of Prof. Bill Aulet’s Disciplined Entrepreneurship: 24 Steps to a Successful Startup

book and newly released workbook as well as be guided through the steps in live sessions with the faculty.

Admissions to the program are on a rolling basis:

As the first module of the program takes place in the

United States, for those participants who need a Visa to
