Creating a System That Works For You
Executive Workload Coaching
With increasing demands on managers and leaders, staying on top and in control of our world is becoming increasingly difficult. This can leave even the most experienced professional feeling overwhelmed; impacting our work and personal life. Positive People have developed a one-to-one coaching programme to support busy executives as they manage their teams along with their own challenging workload. The package is customized for each individual and allows the participant to develop a personalised system, putting them on top of their work, rather than feeling buried by it. The programme usually lasts between three and six months, allowing the participant not only to become familiar with the key models but also embed tools, systems and habits into their environment. While there is a typical, tried and tested format, the programme is tailored for each participant, thus ensuring the system is designed around their own needs. Coaching is the most effective and quickest way to develop your organisational practices.

“I was reasonably well-organised (I thought), but my task list was getting on top of me. And don’t even ask how many emails in my inbox!
David transformed my approach to organisation: he helped me re-assess my priorities, to remember what my job really is, and streamline my operation.
Most importantly, he showed me tools that I could use to organise myself. Some of these were software, but some of them were techniques for staying on top of things.”
Carron Shankland (Professor of Computing Science & Deputy Head of School—University of Stirling)
