The team has significant coverage within the derivatives/structured finance and funds space, delivering tailored solutions across a full range of positions from AVP up to General Counsel. INTERIM MANAGEMENT The demand for interim lawyers to provide flexible cover solutions, where a key role is vacant for a critical period, has increased significantly. The reasons for engaging an interim lawyer are varied - a gap solution whilst searching for a permanent candidate, maternity or sickness cover and project work, as well as a company taking time to re-assess the level and skills needed for a role.

Interim lawyers can provide a fresh perspective and can partner with executives to allow a business the space and time for decisions.

WHY USE AN INTERIM?Interim lawyers are accustomed to being parachuted into organisations at short notice with minimal induction and assistance. They provide a solution in times of crisis or change, allowing the executive management to continue operating effectively.

Interim lawyers are often used as trusted advisors who can assist in change or turnaround situations. We often provide an interim while managing a search, to allow the business continuum.

PERMANENT SOLUTIONSWe have specialist permanent consultants

within each of our industry sectors. They work on mid to senior level roles and cover single

vacancies as well as multiple requirements and complete team moves. Our consultants work closely with clients to understand their exact

requirements to ensure a lasting fit.

INTERIM AND CONTRACT SOLUTIONSWe have made a significant investment in our temporary, interim and contract business. We

manage assignments that require a single specialist through to those that need an

integrated team.

MARKET MAPPINGMapping, shortlisting and P&L reviews are tailored to client requirements. Our market maps feature profiles and CVs for each candidate, and charts illustrating seniority and reporting lines.

MANAGED SERVICESOur managed services offer an integrated recruitment service for human resource teams. An Eximius consultant with experience in the client sector is placed in-house to focus solely on client recruitment requirements.

RETAINED SEARCHWorking on a retained basis, through a structured payment plan, ensures that a search team can act as an extension of the client’s recruitment team. The project specific team is led by a dedicated ‘delivery consultant’ and supported by researchers. The team operates in a highly, structured manner to successfully deliver critical assignments.

We employ a range of recruitment methods to ensure that we are offering the most appropriate

service and delivery to our clients.
