This butter is manufactured in Normandie. Our butter is a superfine butter, churned and mould by hand, from where following requirements: - Manufacturing 72 hours at the latest after collection of milk or the cream. - Pasteurization then churning of the cream at the latest 48 hours after creaming.- Manufacturing starting from fresh cream.

CHURNED BUTTER

Our butter is a butter naturally coloured and smooth, even during the cold season, its color gilded by carotene contained in grass, this more especially as the cows are fed in greenery all the year. Traditional churning has a certain number of advantage compared to a production uninterrupted with a butyrator, on the organoleptic and physicochemical level, and on its aptitude for the conservation.
