The driving concept for the design is to incorporate nature into the building and to create an “In-door” and “Out-door” connection to to environment. The primary statement made by the design is to use the exposing structural elements to create and enhance facade with shadows and natural sun lighting. Multiple arrangement of curtain wall system through the “Sloped - Green” roof allowing efficient and effective use of the sunlight to the interior of the building.
Natural climber plants are incorporated to the design through exposing structural elements winding in a way to create an inseperable bond between the building and nature. The design provides outdoor “Lesiure Sitting” area engulfed and covered with dense plantation of the climber plants creating mild sun screen to sitting area and to the lower part of the building as well. Design also takes advantage of the incredible views at the second floor providing direct outdoor connection with more indoor privacy.
